The employer supports flexible working arrangements since we have RTO and WFH options in work .
The working hours at P&A is flexible. We are also in a hybrid set-up.
We have flexible work hours, which can start anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM and end between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Our lunch break lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. As part of the audit division, we experience a slack season from May to December, during which we are only required to work 8 hours per day and typically have Saturdays off. We are expected to report on-site at least four times a week, from Monday to Friday, and optionally on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. During the busy season (January to April), we are required to work a minimum of 64 hours per week. However, in my case, I often work more than 8 hours a day due to my client engagements. I am currently assigned to an engagement with a fiscal year ending in February, with tax and audit report deadlines in June, as well as a short-period audit ending in June with deadlines in August. Because of these overlapping deadlines, I haven't been able to experience the slack season that most employees enjoy.
Required to report to office 4 days a week. Hours is flexible but should be at the office before 10:30.
Required to report to office 12 days a month, after that we can stay at home if the engagement does not require a face to face set up.
