During busy season (January - May), we are expected to be working more that our normal working hours because of how heavy the loads are. However, P&A allows overtime hours of work be done remotely so employees can still go out on time. Trusting the employee's integrity, overtime may be done at home. P&A is also flexible with and the remote set up is helpful especially when traffic congestions get in the way of the employees.
