I'm in a management trainee program that allows for promotion upon completion of the 1.5-Year program, but I'm told as a regular associate, there are opportunities both for upward movement via promotion as well as cross-team movement through internal team openings. We also have a mentorship program in place which could be key to fulfilling any career goals, promotion or otherwise.
