Teams are expected to be very cross-functional, so communication and collaboration are very common. There is a hierarchy in place and it's less flat compared to other startups, but associates and officers alike have lots of opportunities to work together and start new projects.
Open calendar and communication platforms means that employees even from other departments are very approachable for help or meetings. The culture encourages being challenged to do more than what is required from us and the senior employees are open to mentorship. Outside work hours, there are many opportunities to join shared hobby groups such as sports (badminton, running, etc.) And activities (board games). There are also socializing activities involving eating at restaurants nearby or drinking in nearby bards.
