Inclusive and is very welcoming regardless of background
There is no discrimination and the company is very diverse and welcoming.
My cohort mostly belongs to the big 4, though across the rest of the company, I can see people who have graduated from a wide variety of universities and programs. Gender-wise it's roughly 50/50.
The company has standardized and objective criteria for recruitment, retention, and promotion which leads to a less biased evaluation process. Any person is welcome to apply as long as they fall within the minimum requirements of the roles and their process allows for selecting the best of the best and not based on any other preference.
