They are really flexible when it comes to work arrangement. There's a balance of remote work and in-office work which I personally prefer and I think allows for some sort of a breather
The employer is very flexible and I like that there are 2 days of wfh so that I can stay home and reconnect with my family too and enjoy my alone time.
Hybrid.
Given the nature of our industry, we work in an office most of the time, but we do have remote work at least once a week depending on which department we are in. Hours also vary depending on the department needs.
The work arrangement is hybrid and the number of days spent onsite vs. Working from home depends on the department you're in. Certain positions in the company still abide by a fixed shifting schedule, but the more senior positions do not have strict working hours so long as they register the required amount of time. The schedule for my role is 9 to 6 and overtime work is compensated. The leadership team promotes work-life balance so they don't expect us to do work outside of working hours unless urgent or an emergency.
