Hierarchy doesn't matter when it's outside work time, like lunch time, because everyone speaks and say jokes to you like an equal. But when it comes to work, everyone is on locked in mode, and I think it's because it is important to know who's a higher up because that keeps the order and work going.
I am used to do freelance so I am kinda new about the hierarchy in the corporate.
In my department, everyone is kind and caring, which creates a supportive and friendly environment. There’s always food available, adding a welcoming touch to the workplace. Although team members may have different tasks, cooperation and teamwork are strong, making it easy to collaborate and get support when needed. Overall, it’s a positive atmosphere both during work and in casual moments, fostering good relationships among colleagues.
