In my role, I support and shadow my supervisors to gain hands-on experience and better understand the workflow. My daily tasks include transposing jobs, assisting with communication, and helping with organization development. I’m also focused on learning and developing new skills to contribute more effectively to the team and grow professionally.
In my role, I oversee the implementation of new product developments and formulation changes, ensuring their successful transition from concept and lab-scale experiments to manufacturing scale. This involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to validate formulations, optimize processes, and troubleshoot potential production challenges. I help bridge the gap between R&D and operations, making sure innovations are not only technically sound but also scalable and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
