In my role, the training focuses on being proactive and staying attentive, especially because communication can sometimes be figurative or indirect. Since my colleagues are more experienced, they often share valuable tips and sayings about both work and life, which has helped me grow professionally and personally. I’ve also benefited from ongoing feedback and informal mentoring, which encourages me to improve continuously and adapt to the workplace culture.
In my current role, formal training programs are still in development, and there is no standardized onboarding manual provided to new hires. As a result, much of the learning happens organically may they be through hands-on experience, collaboration, or navigating challenges in real time. Although, the company does offer paid external training opportunities, which employees can pursue based on their individual development needs.
