Since I've only been here for a year, I can't expect much about my training progression. I wasn't hoping for a promotion anytime soon since I still have a lot to learn. However, I do think promotion comes with good performance. However, this hard work should be known by the higher-ups as well, so that you have increased chances of these people vouching for you and your skills.
