As a business development customer experience associate, my role and responsibilities revolve around sourcing potential clients and communicating with the existing ones. However, I am also immersed with the other aspects of PDC especially operations as this is something that I also have to understand to be able to effectively present our services to clients, address questions and concerns, and effectively communicate to our clients generally.
My main task is allocation and replenishment of stock to offline channels. I mage the inventory of our brand in over 20 monobrand stores and around 60-70 concept stores. Aside from this, I also address inventory concerns for all these stores. There is a lot of monitoring and alysis of their sales and inventory as well.
