We barely get bonuses
The company does pay me relatively higher than a lot of different fields/industries, but with the current economic state, it is a bit lacking to support my living expenses. However, I wasnt able to get a bonus yet since I was only 4 months in last Dec. I do hope we can receive incentives as well.
