As an RnF employee, we do not have a lot of trainings to attend. The trainings are usually for higher magement only. I hope they also organize trainings for us.
I do prefer if I could get more formal training since there is a lot to learn about my job as a merchandisers. Brands work differently from each other and there are a lot of factors that are taken into consideration in this job. The on the job training is fine for me since my immediate leader trains me well and I learn from my other workmates as well.
