During my first year with the company, I worked on a single project, which helped me build valuable experience. However, there are still many areas of the company I have yet to explore. Now that I am no longer dedicated to one project, I look forward to gaining broader exposure, learning new skills, and continuing my professional growth.

It's different every day. You get to learn a lot of things

Our tax team's staffing model generally assigns only one associate per engagement. While this may be manageable for individual projects, it becomes particularly challenging when multiple engagements are running concurrently. For example, it is not uncommon for a an associate to handle three income tax return preparations simultaneously, while also managing a tax compliance review engagement independently. Despite these competing priorities and resource constraints, there remains an expectation to complete all deliverables within regular business hours, which can be difficult to achieve without compromising workload sustainability.
