All trainings were carefully thought of and it definitely considered the needs of the employees. It has simulation and involved analysis in a way that is not overwhelming but still engaging.
The learining and development is systematic. They would inform us of the trainings we need to undergo and it is continuous regardless of number of years with the firm. Both technical and essential skills have been planted to us which, for sure, could help us learn more and apply it to our work consecutively.
