So far, my employer is still implementing the hybrid set up which is an effective way of catering to the employee's flexibility in working.
The firm is extremely flexible with regard to working arrangements. Most of th time, i work remotely unless there are anything i ned to accomplish in the office. Since the season is still at slack, working hours are as usual.
