As long as you consistently perform well, your efforts will be recognized and appreciated. My supervisor also encourages me to step outside my comfort zone, as this is crucial for personal growth. Focusing on learning and growth, rather than solely on promotion, is often the most effective path to advancement. Be eager to learn, and opportunities will naturally follow.
Within one year of employment, I was chosen to be a part of a management training program which helped me understand more about the company and work with other people in the institution. We are always being trained and there are opportunities to learn more.
