From the beginning, my supervisor provided close guidance, encouraging me to take my time understanding departmental processes while emphasizing the importance of asking questions if needed. This approach has allowed me to learn effectively without compromising turnaround times. Additionally, I've been encouraged to step outside my comfort zone through projects beyond our typical responsibilities, which has been instrumental in testing and challenging my management skills and capabilities.
We are very close with our heads and superiors. They are always our one call always. They answer to our queries and do not judge us. We have trainings oftentimes and I have grown a lot through those seminars. As a fresh graduate, I was able to acquire leadership skills and analytical thinking due to the mentorships I have experienced.
