The workplace culture was welcoming and supportive. Everyone treated each other with respect regardless of position, and team members were always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. I appreciated how leaders worked closely with the team instead of creating a strict gap between managers and employees. The team also maintained a friendly atmosphere, making it comfortable to communicate and collaborate throughout my internship.
