As an HR Recruitment Intern, I assisted the Recruitment Team with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, and updating recruitment records. I also helped prepare candidate profiles and supported interview activities, including mock and initial interviews. These tasks gave me hands-on experience with the recruitment process while improving my communication and organizational skills.
Given I was an intern, I was there mostly to support the department's operations. Gathering benchmarking data, preparing decks, and doing news digests.
