During my internship, I participated in learning sessions, mock interviews, and job shadowing, which helped me understand the recruitment process. I also received guidance and feedback from my mentor and co-interns, allowing me to improve with every task. Through these experiences, I developed my communication, interviewing, coordination, time management, and organizational skills while gaining a better understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
I wish I was included to shadow client calls but my mentor was handling high-value deals so tasks and training was mostly handled by another associate. Nevertheless, the internship made for good immersion.
