The culture of inclusion and kindness is prevalent amongst colleagues and leaders alike which helps me stay motivated and happy in my role
The company culture is very open and welcoming with strong support for diversity and inclusion. Leaders are approachable. My teammates are very helpful and collaborative. We also have the occasional game or talent time. Outside of work, we get together to celebrate each other's milestones (team birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.).
The work culture is very motivating, especially for new graduates like myself. The community encourages collaboration and inclusivity, and ensures that the office remains a safe space for everyone to speak up and share their ideas freely. The company also gives importance to employee work-life balance, with a hybrid setup and the working hours being quite flexible.
Hierarchy & Socializing - Team leaders make it a point to connect with individuals from different teams, whether through projects or during off work (e.g. clubs, lunch/dinner, etc.). Cooperation & teamwork - Projects and key events allow different teams to collaborate. Structure - Structure is clear and has a hint of being political.
