The interview process and assessments were good, but HR took quite a while (4-5 months) to get back to me.
I was incredibly amazed by the process itself and I really enjoyed the case study, one of which was a huge reason as to why I chose to pursue my role here. However, I do wish the time taken from one step to another and even from the final results to meeting possible bosses wasn't too long
After applying via the portal, there was a game-based assessment, followed by a self-recorded interview. An HR representative reached out to notify me that I passed the assessment and informed me of the next step, the case study interview facilitated by a panel of 2 interviewers. Then, HR informed me I passed and gave me the job offer.
Game-type assessments, HR interview, Business Case and Panel Interview
Entire process and assessment took quite a while, almost a year. While different interviews were held to find the role, I think an opportunity for improvement is to already include the local team during grad assessment. Initially, assessments were done by global team from different fields of expertise from the role being applied to.
