Despite being a big oil company, I see now as a member of Shell how much the company and its people prioritize and promote green culture and actually mean what they are fighting and aspiring for unlike a lot of companies that simply greenwash their products
I have personally participated in and organized several CSR initiatives such as tree planting, medical missions, school and coastal clean-ups. There are many opportunities to participate in such projects and there is a strong spirit of volunteerism.
