
The interview process for the graduate program was very rigorous. It comprised of an online assessment and around 5 interviews, starting from HR to the country Manager at the end. All interviews started with behavioral questions, then followed by a case study that. Interviews usually lasted for 1 hour.

The interview process is well-organized, and assessments are challenging making the recruitment process more prestigious and competitive.
The process is comprehensive to the extent that I had to take an exam and undergo multiple interviews.
