Hours in the office can range depending on the tasks. I rarely reach late hours. Company tries to ensure that we render 9 hours (including a 1 hour break) every day.
My work hours happen from 10 AM to 7 PM but it's also flexible to shift depending on personal circumstances and other important commitments.
I don't understand why 9 hours at the office is necessary.
