
In my line of work, i always feel that in all of people that i gives job to, diversity and inclusion is always the important factor that i do.
In terms of diversity and inclusion, the company employs people from different backgrounds and age groups, so the workforce is generally diverse. however, i havent observed strong or formal programs that actively promote inclusion, equity, or career development opportunities for underrepresented groups. recruitment and retention seem more focused on filling operational needs rather than building a structured d&i culture. promotions also tend to rely more on tenure and visibility rather than transparent, inclusive criteria. while theres no culture of exclusion, there also isnt a clear emphasis on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
My employer actively promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. recruitment is open and merit-based, with equal opportunities given to candidates regardless of background. there are visible efforts to ensure fairness in promotions and access to opportunities, and employees are treated with respect and professionalism. the inclusive environment makes it easier to collaborate and feel valued as part of the team.
