My leaders are leaders
Managers are accessible, but mostly for work-related concerns. they tend to focus on tasks, deadlines, and results rather than mentoring or career development. internal communication is usually directive, with instructions passed down from the top, so there isnt always much room for open discussion or feedback. performance feedback is given, but its often tied to areas that need improvement rather than balanced with praise or recognition. while managers do ensure that operations run smoothly, mentorship and employee recognition could be strengthened to make the workplace more engaging and supportive.
Managers in the company are approachable and supportive, making themselves available for questions and guidance when needed. they serve as good mentors by providing clear direction and sharing their knowledge and experiences. internal communication is generally open, with regular updates and team meetings to keep everyone aligned. performance feedback is constructive and timely, and praise or recognition is given when achievements are made, which helps keep employees motivated
All of my dmm, buyer and etc. are very approachable and supportive. they trust me with different roles and responsibilities, which sometimes feels overwhelming but also motivates me to do my best. even though im a fresh graduate, they never treat me as inexperienced. instead, they communicate with me professionally and encourage me to improve and grow in my work. their guidance and constructive feedback help me develop my skills and gain confidence.
Managers are approachable and reasonable
