I am very much satisfied with my training here. my supervisor has helped me a lot and now i am a regular employee here.
He training programs in my role have been very helpful in supporting my professional growth. ive participated in structured onboarding, product knowledge sessions, and skills development workshops. these have allowed me to improve my technical expertise, communication, and leadership abilities. in addition, ive received regular performance feedback from my manager, which has guided me in identifying areas for improvement. coaching and mentoring opportunities have also been valuable in preparing me for greater responsibilities.
When it comes to training, ive learned a lot especially in using excel. at first, i found it challenging to adjust, but thanks to the effective guidance and support i received, i was eventually able to understand and apply it well. im also eager to continue learning, particularly in areas like communicating with suppliers and creating plas . i know these skills are essential in my role, and i look forward to gaining more experience and improving through continuous training and mentoring.
