It is flexible
My work hours average around 9.6 hours per day. the schedule is fixed, so there isnt really flexibility in terms of adjusting hours or working remotely. because of the long workdays plus the travel time, it can be exhausting and leaves little time to take care of personal matters outside of work. while the setup ensures consistent coverage for operations, it can be challenging to maintain a balance between work and personal life.
Compressed work week
I don't have a remote work, but im satisfied with my work hours because i have a fixed day off on the weekends, which gives me a guaranteed time to rest and recharge. this schedule helps me maintain a good work-life balance. so far, the arrangement has been quite comfortable for me.
