I loved my experience as an intern in the workplace, the mentors we're very helpful throughout our training. It doesn't feel quite as formal as other companies, in a sense that you could even talk to the heads for advise. It is always encouraged for us to ask if we don't know anything, especially with the way we do our work, even amongst co-interns.
Most of the employees are close of age and is able to get a long and maintain professionalism at the same time. That is why they usually hold team building events
From my observation, the work culture is extremely teamwork-oriented—employees interact well and collaborate effectively, which indicates a healthy and supportive culture. The HR team also takes care of staff welfare by conducting fun and stress-free activities like weekly check-in surveys and creativity-fostering activities like drawing sessions. It is a very positive indication of an organization that cares about productivity as well as employee morale.
