
At the start of our bootcamp, we were required to take a course on the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Based on what I’ve observed—particularly during the town hall meeting—the HR department is proactive in promoting DEI, celebrating the contributions of women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

From my observations, the company fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity. This is evident in their recruitment process, where they focus on selecting candidates from varied backgrounds. There is also a strong emphasis on ensuring equal access to opportunities for growth, training, and professional development, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.
