What I liked about Stratpoint is that the teams are small, which makes everyone—including those at the top—approachable and easy to talk to. One thing I appreciated about my mentor during the bootcamp phase was how straightforward he was. He wasn’t afraid to point out my mistakes but always backed it up with constructive feedback, which really helped me improve and succeed in our final project. Even during my time working on Wookie, the mentors assigned to us interns were very supportive. They not only guided us in writing clean and proper code, but also taught us the company standards—like how to file merge requests correctly, what to check before submitting, how to write proper commit messages, and even tips on resolving Git conflicts.
The managers are easy to talk to and reach out. They give straight advices and feedback
My managers are very accessible and approachable, making them excellent mentors. They are always willing to provide guidance when needed and take the time to support our growth. Communication within the team is clear and open, and they ensure regular performance feedback. Recognition is also an important part of the culture—managers make an effort to acknowledge our achievements, which fosters motivation and a positive work environment.
