I am a Mobile Development Intern, with focus on learning and developing Flutter applications. At the start of my internship, our task is to complete a bootcamp meant to teach us the basics of Dart programming language, and to ultimately learn how to make mobile applications with Flutter. That phase went on for about 2 months and at the end of it, we we're required to develop an movie application, to be presented to department heads as well as HR. After the bootcamp, we we're given the opportunity to participate in the development of an internal project, porting it from Native to Flutter. Every day at the morning, I participate in a daily standup meeting where my team members and I update the team about the progress of our tasks, if there are any blockers and we need help from senior developers in the team. I go to be in 5 sprints which lasted over a month and a half, where I have contributed over 300 feature commits as well as 180 bug fixes to the application's code.
the tasks are usually testing applications and create test cases. The workload for each day is appropriate enough for a productive day
In my role, I am assigned tasks that are well-suited to my responsibilities as an intern, which I really appreciate. These tasks provide valuable hands-on experience, allowing me to gain new knowledge and develop my skills while contributing to the team’s objectives.
