The interview process was divided into 2 stages—first was a culture fit interview with HR where we were asked to introduce ourselves, why we want to apply at Stratpoint, and what we liked about the workplace or company values. The second was a technical interview with the department lead, which covered basic programming questions like OOP, past job experiences, projects or research, and why we think we should be accepted.
It's an open house interview wherein you can submit your application online in advance or do a walk-in. I was slight anxious due to a lot of applicants so the chances of getting accepted were slim. But I was able to accomplish the interview and got accepted. The interview consists of a getting-to-know section and technical interview here they test your skills for the position.
The interview process was quite challenging, consisting of two stages: a cultural interview and a technical interview. The technical portion tested my knowledge thoroughly, but I was well-prepared and able to answer the questions correctly, which made the experience rewarding.
