As interns, we we're required to go to the office at least once a week. For employees they are required at least only 1.
We can work at our own pace since it is an output based project. We have a tracker and status reports for our progress
The work schedule is very flexible. We have a hybrid arrangement where we go to the office two times a week, and the other three days are worked from home. The arrangement provides a good balance between productivity and convenience.
