From what I've observed, Sun Life promotes diversity and inclusion by creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
I noticed that the employees treat everyone with respect regardless of their race, age, and gender/sexual orientation. Employees who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community are free and allowed to express themselves. They are not being discriminated on how they dress up.
