As a Graduate Associate hired in Sun Life Global Solutions - Philippines, I'm happy and somehow contented on my salary as a fresh graduate. It was higher salary and benefits other than different company even though I'm a fresh graduate with no experience. Having this kind of salary and compensation gave me an opportunity to have a better life specially in term of HMO where I put my both parents as my dependents. In the other hand, about the insurance, I was overwhelmed about how my insurance cover myself and also my beneficiary. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience and I'm so happy to be part of Sun Life Company.

Aside from that, I am happy with the allowance being provided by Sun Life which can also help for our other expenses. I am surprised by the additional allowance I got when I turned to be a regular employee. There are Laundry Allowance and Office Apparel Allowance being added.
