I felt unheard and unseen in the office. When there is a problem occurred, instead on focusing on what should be the resolution; it is more likely become pointing fingers on who is at fault.
The workplace culture is warm and friendly. We often have after work hang outs with co engineers, techs and managers. Teamwork is a given.
It is good overall. Upper managements are approachable, even after working hours.
In terms of strengths, ti has very good ethics standards. Hr takes ethics complaints seriously, and there are multiple trainings reinforcing this. Ti also has an open door policy, so you can literally ask to meet with the site director as long as they're free. Additionally, I think the best part of ti is the socialization with your colleagues. Just find your own circle, and they'll be your closest friends in a place you physically spend 40% of your weekdays in. for weaknesses, I think the primary one would be management (this is from an employee's perspective). Since ti is a manufacturing company, only the most cutthroat decisions/stances can make ti thrive. That means an emphasis on output, and if you don't meet it, there is a lot to explain (regardless of the reason). This obviously does not bode well for employee morale.
