Employer's space is okay when it comes to layout. What is not okay is unnecessary noises from other people during work hours and it leads to distraction. Silence should be maintained during work hours.
Location inside the economic zone is not traffic prone. There are a lot of trees in the area. facilities are good and comfortable. Ergonomics could be improved for people inside the production line.
Overall, facilities are good. I just wish that they put extra effort on our cafeteria. I think free meals are a great benefit, considering our working hours. Dress code is pretty normal.
Ti subscribes to the 5s methodology (search for it in wikipedia) which originated in japan. In summary, this refers to a set of principles used to ensure that everything and everyone is in its place. This improves productivity and discipline. Hence, this applies to all locations in the factory site. In effect, for a manufacturing site, ti baguio can be considered very clean. this also applies to the dress code. People just need to wear something decent (pants, a shirt, and shoes are enough) but still respectful of everyone else. That means no overly political statements in shirts, etc. The only required thing you should wear is the id, which is pretty normal.
Office space is fine, location for me personally is okay too, dress code is reasonable
