The interview was thorough and well structured; after the initial written assessment, I had three interviews - one for hr and the last two for the manager and area director. The screening process was very efficient and there were no delays - I got hired the week after.
I got a return offer after my internship.
I was actually late for the interview due to a hold up at the front gate (security was verifying if I should actually be there). Thankfully, the interviewer didn't mind and appreciated that I was honest and calm about the whole thing. The rest of the interview fared normally. I was supposed to have another interview but apparently they waived it for expediency and I proceeded to do my medical assessment afterwards.
