
Sometimes, I got anxious every weekend whenever there's sudden message popping or calls on my phone from my manager which leads to opening my laptop.
Work hours are fixed but we have sufficient leave provisions.
Work hours are a bit long (per week). My current role is not viable for remote setting.
Ti expects everyone to work at least 45-50 hours a week. In my case, that's 9.5hrs for 5 days a week. However, that's just the bare minimum. As part of operations, there's so much to do and so little time to do it within that span. Hence, you'll either have to stay at the office further, or go home and open your laptop again to finish that extra work. Ot may or may not be approved for these extra minutes/hours rendered.
