Me and my team make sure that we include each other and I don't feel left out even though I'm still new. We also eat together or sometimes eat out whenever we have a chance. Our efforts are also recognized. I also like that the company recognize young leaders and allow them to have a position that is fit for their performance and not by their age.
Not enough space for everybody + their belongings
The values of the company is very much applied throughout the organization, both in the operations and in the head office. The structure is not perfect, but the protocols and processes are continuously improving.
