The employer is not strict when it comes to hours of work and working arrangements. The manager of our team let us have two days of work-from-home set up and three days onsite. These past few days, due to weather conditions, he allowed us to work-from-home and check on us from time to time.
The work hours are too long since we have 9hrs shift per day. I wish it could be 8hrs, though work from home arrangement is provided.
