My managers are good mentors and communicate well.
My experience with my direct manager has been very positive. He is approachable, supportive, and provides guidance and feedback while still giving me enough independence to work through my responsibilities. Since my role also involves working cross-functionally, I have had the opportunity to work with different managers across the organization. Management styles can vary, and there are instances where the objectives or expected outcomes of a task could be communicated more clearly, which sometimes requires more initiative and clarification on my end. Overall, my experience with management has been positive, particularly with my direct manager.
I think there is still room for improvement since reporting to someone who is not always reliable could complicate things but some managers/ superiors has been very approachable and helpful to me, as a newbie.
