My role includes a lot of various day-to-day tasks.
My role involves supporting financial planning, analysis, and management reporting, including consolidating and analyzing financial and operational data, preparing reports and presentations for management, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. I also work on cross-functional projects that require coordination with different departments, data gathering, research, and process improvement. The role has given me exposure to different areas of the business and opportunities to work on projects that contribute to management decision-making.
Very satisfied because I manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
