The physical work environment is okay, but it could be better or cleaner. It is difficult to engage in public transportation with the location of our office. The dress code is reasonable with the corporate attire requirement.
The work environment is fairly simple and functional. It provides the basic facilities needed to work comfortably, such as a proper workspace, desk, and chair. It may not have many additional amenities, but it is sufficient for getting work done. In terms of dress code, employees are expected to wear business attire throughout the workweek.
The building has seen better days hence maintenance work is a bit of a frequent occurrence in our area since there are water leakages. Also, there is a need for insect and pest repellants.
The main office is located in Makati and someone who lives in the metro the commute is pretty decent. The facilities of the building are sectioned for each department so it makes for people to easily look for someone. In terms of dress code we all wear business/ smart casual that keeps the organization look confident and presentable.
