The HR director has been very approachable and organized with the process, making the process smooth and straightforward.
The interview process started with filling out the required information, followed by an initial HR interview, a panel interview, and finally an interview with the CEO. The panel interview was the most memorable part for me because the conversation felt light and engaging. It was more of a getting-to-know-you discussion, which made it comfortable to share my experiences and personality. The interview with the CEO was also insightful, as it focused more on what we could expect from the role and the opportunities and experiences it could offer.
The recruitment process was smooth and fast. HR was very responsive, accommodating, and communicative of changes.
It took awhile given that there were atleast 5 of us but they were able to handle the interviews well
I only had one interview with the Assistant Manager and HR Director, which was conducted as a panel interview. It was a positive experience because the interviewers were calm and friendly.
