There is a structured and organized training programme in my role. I picked up a lot of skills aligned with leadership, communication, and business functions. I have a competent teacher and mentor, who is approachable and allows for a lot of opportunities for development and gives feedback honestly.

There are currently limited formal training and development programs offered for the role. Most of the learning happens through actual work experience, exposure to different projects, and guidance from managers and colleagues. While this has helped me develop practical skills and learn through experience, having more structured training, coaching, or development programs would be beneficial for employees who want to further build their skills and prepare for career progression.

I am in a role abundant in training and development opportunities. Classroom learning sessions, talks, hands-on demonstrations, online courses, and practical applications are some of them.

In my role, I have participated in various training programs focused on talent acquisition, candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and HR processes. I have also received continuous coaching from senior HR professionals and hiring managers, which has helped me improve my decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Regular performance feedback has allowed me to identify areas for improvement and refine my recruitment strategies.
