U-Bix is the exclusive distributor of Konica Minolta digital production printing and multi-function machines branded as the "Bizhub".
In my role, my employer is flexible with the work hours as my work involves going out of the office sometimes.
The work arrangement is fully onsite, with regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the schedule is manageable, the long hours can sometimes be tiring. I think having the option to work from home even once a week could help improve work-life balance while still maintaining productivity and collaboration.
The company has yet to try remote work arrangements hence daily on-site work is the norm.
I am able to finish my work for the week and still have time for myself on the weekends off, unfortunately we do not have a remote work option. Hopefully it would be considered soon.
